In meetings with leaders and foreign ministers from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, the discussions revolved around increasing collaboration through platforms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), the China–Central Asia mechanism, and the United Nations.
China extended its support for Kyrgyzstan’s upcoming role as host of the SCO Bishkek Summit, reaffirming its commitment to the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Both countries expressed a shared intent to enhance coordination in matters of regional peace, security, and development. This visit highlighted the strengthening ties between China and these Central Asian nations, reflecting a growing strategic partnership focused on infrastructure development and regional stability.
In conversations with Uzbekistan, China underscored the significance of progressing on major infrastructure projects like the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan Railway.
